Our Work in Support of National Parks
We are committed to ensuring that the National Park System stays strong, well-supported, and positioned for responsible growth. At a time of change, we will continue advancing thoughtful policy, bipartisan collaboration, and civic engagement to protect America’s best idea.
Our first priority in 2025 was responding to proposed workforce reductions that threatened the effectiveness of the National Park Service. We mobilized quickly — unifying bipartisan congressional support and leading the effort to circulate a letter of support for the parks. Seventy-two members of Congress signed on.
To strengthen that advocacy, we produced and delivered a comprehensive Economic Report on National Parks to every congressional office in Washington, D.C., as well as to the Department of the Interior. We also prepared a detailed analysis outlining the operational impacts of the workforce reductions and provided it directly to federal decision-makers.
The results are clear: National Parks will be fully funded in 2026.
If you believe in the future of our National Parks, we invite you to join us.
